| Far East DDB PLC. was founded on February
12, 1964 as a full-service advertising agency with integrated
advertising services ranging from account management, creative
services to media planning and buying. The original agency
was wholly Thai owned and later on established itself as
one of the foremost advertising agencies in Thailand with
an extensive portfolio of major clients, both local and
international.
Some
of agency’s historical milestones include:

The
first advertising agency listed as a public company on the
Stock Exchange of Thailand on July 21. |

|
Registered capital was increased to 25 million baht. |

1993 |
The Company maintained continuous growth, and was ranked No.
1 amongst Thai-owned advertising agencies and had the 3rd
highest billings amongst all advertising firms in Thailand.

The Company became a Public Company Limited on May 12, 1994.

1995 |
The Company expanded its graphic design, research and computer
services. |

1997 |
Joint
- Investment with Myanmar SPA – Today – Far East
Co., Ltd. and SPA –Today – Far East (Thailand)
Co., Ltd. for regional business expansion. |

1999 |
Acquired investment in Media Intelligence Co., Ltd. for all
media buying, selling and planning services. |

2000 |
On
November 27, 2000, the Company entered into an agreement with
DDB Bangkok Co., Ltd. and DDB Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. for international
business expansion, and, with the assistance of DDB Asia Pacific,
to provide the Company’s employees with an understanding
of client business management through the knowledge and experiences
of DDB’s executives. |

On February 16, 2001, the Company’s name was changed
from “Far East Advertising Public Company Limited”
to “Far East DDB Public Company Limited”.
